Blue/Green Water Lilly Southern Charm![]() Description: Nymphaea 'Southern Charm' won 2nd place in the peoples choice award in 2007 at the IWGS new waterlily competition at Sarah P. Duke Gardens (see article on website). The name Nymphaea 'Southern Charm' was inspired by our southern heritage and such a charming plant! Nymphaea 'Southern Charm' was a chance tropical waterlily seedling and was released to the trade in 2007. N. 'Southern Charm' is unique because of it's unusual flower color. The blue fused with yellow created a color that is not represented in waterlilies. The beautifully mottled pads and the vigor this plant shows makes it a truly unique lily. Common Name: Southern Charm Scientific Name: Nymphaea x 'Southern Charm' Hardiness: Tropical Flower Color:Blue/Green Pad Color:Green with purple mottleing Size: Medium The measure given is an average diameter foliage will reach given normal growing conditions although most lilies adapt to the growing space provided. D= 1-2', S= 2-4', M= 4-6', L= 6'+ Waterlilies- Our lilies are shipped bare root with foliage. We also offer some varieties of hardy lilies and almost all tropical lilies potted in 4.5" pots. Each plant will have 3-5 leaves and hardy lilies will have a 2-4' tuber. For identification purposes each lily has a vinyl colored-coded tag attached showing the name and variety of the plant. We also offer packaged hardy waterlily tubers. The tubers are attractively package and are sold by color in red, white, pink, and yellow. Special pricing my be available for waterlily quantities of 100 or more per variety. Most tropical lilies are available in 4.5" pots for an additional 2.00$.
