Shipping is done by UPS Ground. We do not ship outside of North America. UPS rates are based on the actual product weights.

Items are shipped Monday - Friday. Orders are processed, packed, and shipped as soon as possible.

UPS Shipping Rates

UPS has recently informed us that in 2012 they will be raising their rates. The following is the new shipping rates.

2012 Rates Information

Effective January 2, 2012, UPS rates will increase as follows:

UPS Ground services will increase a net 4.9% through a combination of a 5.9% increase in rates and a 1 percentage point reduction in the UPS Ground fuel surcharge.

UPS Air and International services will increase a net 4.9% through a combination of a 6.9% increase in rates and a 2 percentage point reduction in the UPS Air and International services fuel surcharge. Rates for UPS Next Day Air® remain up to 4% lower than our largest U.S. private competitor for similar services.

UPS Next Day Air® Freight and UPS 2nd Day Air® Freight rates for shipments within and between the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico will increase 5.9%. UPS 3 Day Freight® rates will remain unchanged.

Estimated Delivery Times for Orders Shipped UPS Ground

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Transit times for orders sent via UPS Ground can be found in the above map.

Live Fish Shipping

To ensure you receive the healthiest species available and to reduce the travel stress on your Koi, your order will be shipped direct to your door via UPS overnight. Fish are placed into sealed plastic bags containing water, ice and pure oxygen.

We will call or email the information to you on the day of the shipment.

We have absolutely the quickest turn-around in the industry.

We ship Monday through Thursday during the season and Monday through Wednesday in off season. If you place you order by Noon you will receive your fish the very next day.
