All Fish are Shipped through UPS Overnight. The Shipping Charge for Single Koi (not BOX orders) is $65. We have set the shipping price at the lowest possible rate. Shipping cost is based on weight and your Zip Code. If your shipping cost is MORE than the basic rate of $65 we will send you an invoice for the remaining charge. Fish are shipped separately from other items, when ordering fish and products please make 2 separte orders. If not then we will send you an invoice for the cost of shipping the fish. Koi Box Shipping: this is not a flat rate, it is based on weight and zip code. When checking out select the option for NEXT DAY AIR for BOX KOI. If this is not selected then we will send you an invoice for the shipping rate based on the weight of the box and your zip code. We cannot be responsible for the customers allowing the Koi to jump out. You should always quarantine your new fish, we do our part in making sure the Koi leave healthy but we cannot be responsible for your water conditions. We will not be responsible for your neglance. New Koi need to become aclimated to your pond water I cannot stress enough the importance of quaranting your fish.
